A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee — Hand-Churned, Grass-Fed, 100% Pure | Rajamudi Organics
🐄 Real A2 gir cow ghee takes time. And patience. And a very different kind of cow.
Rajamudi Organics A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee is made exclusively from the A2 milk of purebred Gir cows — one of India's oldest and most revered indigenous breeds — raised on open pastures where they graze freely on natural grass and herbs. No hybrid breeds. No factory farming. No A1 shortcuts.
🪔 Every batch follows the ancient Bilona method — the same Vedic technique described in Ayurvedic texts for thousands of years. The fresh A2 milk is boiled, cooled, set into curd overnight with a natural culture, then hand-churned using a traditional wooden bilona to extract makhan (white butter). That butter is then slow-heated on a gentle flame until it transforms into pure, golden, aromatic ghee.
🌿 It takes 25–30 litres of A2 milk to make just 1 litre of this ghee. There are no shortcuts in this process — and that's the whole point.
The result is a ghee that is grainy-textured, deep golden, intensely aromatic, and packed with fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K2, butyric acid, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and omega fatty acids that commercial ghee simply cannot match. Your dal will never taste the same again. 😌
🚫 Zero additives. Always. No artificial colour, no preservatives, no flavouring, no added oil. Just pure A2 bilona ghee — the way it was made long before factories existed.
